Excellence Award Program Overview
The REDS Excellence Award Program honors the top 10 students who have demonstrated outstanding academic performance, leadership, and service. This annual ceremony celebrates their achievements and offers additional support to help them grow as future changemakers. Winners receive a certificate, scholarship extension, exclusive leadership training, and the opportunity to mentor younger students—ensuring their impact goes beyond the classroom.

Awarded during the annual REDS ceremony, this certificate officially recognizes the student’s exceptional academic performance, leadership, and contribution to the community. It serves as a symbol of honor and achievement for future opportunities.
Scholarship Extension
Top awardees receive continued financial support for their education, easing the burden of tuition and allowing them to focus fully on academic and personal growth without interruption.
Invitation to Leadership
Selected students are invited to an exclusive workshop designed to build confidence, enhance communication, and develop leadership skills. It’s a platform to grow into strong, ethical leaders of tomorrow.
